At OfficeDecorate.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item does not fit your space as expected.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your timeframe).

  • Certain items such as clearance products, customized décor, or gift cards may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or product:

  • Contact us within the return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period:

  • First, check your bank account again.
